Owner and Operator Profile
Russell Studt, began his career in roof restoration in 1993. His dedication to quality outcomes for his clientele led Russell to establish his own business in 1996, working as the owner operator in resurfacing and restoration of roof tiles, driveways and iron roofs.
A keen interest in the development and application of superior finishes to iron roofs led to the formation of strong partnerships with PPG, BlueScope Steel Ltd and Theiss construction. Undertaking work with these companies, it soon became obvious that there was a gap in the market – which required the development and application of superior performance coatings to metal roofs. Working closely with these companies Russell was at the forefront of testing and application of the new procedures.
Russell has been using this unique automotive lacquer over the past twenty plus years to undertake commercial work on the rooftops in areas from Tweed Heads to Bundaberg.
Russell hopes to extend the services of Ironbond to include the domestic market in SouthEast Queensland. He also hopes to further develop and market his unique water vacuum management system to ensure environmental protection into the future.
